Two-story addition and remodel of existing brick rambler. The existing foot print was integrated with the addition and the open space plan design.

The bricks on the front facade and part of the rear were preserved and integrated in the design. The second floor features four bedrooms, including a large master suite with a double shower, a rooftop balcony with a garden and a large steel and glass staircase with two skylights.
