Existing 1955 split level brick home needed more living space and a new bathroom layout.
The original idea was to minimize the addition while maximizing interior space and functionality. In an effort to be budget-conscious, the bedroom and basement layout remained unchanged. The entire plumbing system was redesigned to reconfigure two bathrooms and a kitchen within the existing footprint. The living room addition is only 12ftx16ft and the front balcony is 5ft deep.
The exterior features 2ftx2ft square hardie panels and exposed timber frame construction.
